高度成長の時代においては、終身雇用の元、類似品の生産力を高めるための人材育成が必要だったため、欠点を補正することが重要だった。すなわち、画一化が求められた。

 

これからの時代は、生産力に頼るビジネスモデルでは難しく、心やセンスに訴えかける商品やサービス提供が求められる。すなわち、クリエイティブさ　が求められる。だから、欠点には目をつむり、長所を伸ばすことが求められる。得意で、好きなことをとことんやりぬけ　ということ。

A: I think learning by themselves is much better than by a teacher. The reason I am saying this is if I learn by myself, I can stop whenever I want. I am a type of person who is unable to continue listening to a teacher until the end of a lecture if there is something unclear during the lecture. If I learn by myself, I can turn to a textbook or encyclopedia even when I bump into the point which I can’t understand, It looks like this way of learning takes much longer than learning by a teacher but this is not true, I believe. In the end, it takes much less time to master, or perfectly understand the subject if you can understand each step one by one even though you spend some time checking or researching in the middle, because this way of learning process could give you the whole picture of what you learn and avoid stopping to learn again and again.

A: I definitely oppose to this plan. The biggest reason is that restaurant is sure to have a bad impact on our environment. A restaurant would throw out a lot of food that haven’t been consumed. So naturally, there will be lots of waste around the restaurant, which would attract many insects and birds, turning roads and passways around the restaurant into a total mess, which is bad. Also, a restaurants tends to open until late at night. It would probably be the place where many young people flock to, which will make noisy sound, causing many people not to sleep well. Restaurant is not a welcome addition to my town.
